Registration Information
Important: Each attendee must register themselves. Members must use their member365 email to ensure they are charged the member rate.
Payment Options: Attendees may pay by credit card during checkout, or select cheque, EFT, or eTransfer as the payment method.
If Your Organization Is Paying on Your Behalf: After you register and select cheque, EFT, or eTransfer, your organization should contact us to confirm who to include on the final invoice. We will issue one final invoice once your organization confirms all attendees have registered.

Hotel Accommodations
Update: The Alberta Assessors' Association room block at the Canalta Hotel Drumheller is now sold out.
We have secured an additional room block at the SureStay Hotel, the Canalta's sister property. The preferred AAA room rate is the same.
To receive the AAA preferred rate, please call SureStay Hotel directly at (403) 823-8887 and request the Alberta Assessors' Association (AAA) room block when making your reservation.

Standard 2 Queen Room – $165.60/night
King Room – $183.60/night
3 Double Room – $174.60/night

We encourage attendees to book early, as rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Tour & Transportation Information
Please note that there are only two buses available for the tours.
Bus 1 departs at 1:10 p.m.
Bus 2 departs at 1:30 p.m.
The buses will not return to the hotel before heading directly to the BBQ at the Saloon. If you do not plan to drive yourself to the BBQ, please be sure to catch one of the tour buses.
PPE Requirements
The first tour requires PPE. Safety glasses, vests and steel-toed shoes or boots are required.
