The Property Assessment in Alberta Handbook (PAAH) provides guidance to assessment professionals in preparing annual municipal property assessments in Alberta. Published by the Alberta Assessors’ Association, it promotes objective, consistent, and equitable practices in accordance with legislation.

As part of the Executive’s strategic initiatives, the Association is reviewing and updating all PAAH manuals to ensure they remain current and relevant.
