Student Membership with the Alberta Assessors’ Association (AAA) is designed for individuals currently enrolled in full-time or part-time post-secondary studies who are interested in a future career in property assessment, valuation, or a related discipline.
Student Membership is free and offers valuable early access to industry insights, Association communications, networking opportunities, and professional development events—all while you complete your studies.

This membership category is open to:
Students in programs related to property assessment, real estate, geography, economics, municipal administration, or urban planning
Individuals exploring future careers in property valuation, taxation, or public service
Those seeking to connect with Alberta’s professional assessment community before entering the workforce
Qualifications
Applicants must be currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (proof of enrollment required)
Student Members are not eligible to vote, hold office, or use AAA professional designations
Membership is valid while enrolled and may be renewed annually with updated proof of enrollment
